I’m Katie, founder of Content by Katie! I've always been the girl in the friend group capturing photos and videos from my phone. 

I started CBK in 2022, I was a bride looking for someone to come to my wedding and capture the behind the scenes and candid moments all off of an Iphone. I didn't want the responsibility to fall on a bridesmaid or a friend, I wanted everyone to be present. At the time, I didn't know a Wedding Content Creator was even a thing!

After my wedding I thought, if this is something I wanted, I'm sure there are plenty of people out there wanting this service too! 
I also ran a small business and lacked the one thing that you need in order to be a successful business; CONTENT! It was a challenge to film and edit on top of actually creating the product. Again I had the thought, if this is a pain point for me, this must be a pain point for other businesses.

So I pivoted business ventures and CBK was born! I am so passionate about capturing and creating content for those getting married and for businesses, so that you can be present. 
When I'm not capturing content I'm probably hanging out with my husband and our two pups, (Marshall & Ted Mosby). I love to travel, am a huge swiftie and have a slight addition to Diet Coke!
